De Lima almost exclusive space to explain that a parallel investigation by Hong-Kong probers does not mean subservience by the Philippine Authorities. The report did not explain though that this report was precipitated by the fact that the Chinese Authorities felt there is something being hidden from them as their investigators were initially turned down. The headline also reports of a gag order by the DOJ secretary on the groups conducting the investigation and the rules set on the participation of HK investigators. There is mention in the report of the Aquino administration's "ineptness" in dealing with the crisis. De Lima +1. Aquino -1.
