The headline today (RP gets $434-M grant from US. Money meant to fight poverty, corruption) gave all positive developments for the President's visit in the US, with a multi million grant highlighted to be all too positive for the country. Of course, such grants would have strings attached to it which were left out from the news. Aquino +1.

Our monitor cannot make a judgement as to how the report has treated the President although some interviews with De Lima gave the latter some positive treatment at the expense of the DILG. De Lima +1.
Ready or not, ‘Ondoy’ can happen again - the former administration is all-talk but have no solutions on Ondoy. Arroyo -1.
PCSO has plans how to kill ‘jueteng’ - a report that say there are plans to stop Jueteng.
RP’s most expensive fish faces extinction - a report on an endangered fish.
