We have monitored the Front Page of the Philippine Daily Inquirer from April 15, 2010 up December 31, 2010 and here is the summary of the results:
Before the Elections
From April 15, to May 10, 2010, this monitor evaluated the PDI-FP news and concluded that the front page as a whole would have helped the candidacy of then Presidential candidate Aquino about 65% of the time (15/23). Meanwhile the Front Page would have helped former President Estrada 9% of the time (2/23) and each of the rest of the candidates 4% of the time (1/23) except for Senator Gordon who was not helped at all.
