President hits media for stress on negative) seems to be a carefully managed spin on the approval and trust rating of the President which is not necessarily low if they were to be believed. The report seems trying to impart that the President is a perfectionist of sorts. Aquino +1.

Instead he wanted people to see his accomplishments (supposed billions of dollars in investments) from his recent trip abroad. Of course the report did not include the details of his accomplishments.
