A billion pesos worth of coffee took the centerstage of the Phil. Daily Inquirer Front Page today.

The banner story (Genuino pal linked to P1-B coffee scam. Aquino +1. Arroyo -1.

The most masa-pandering and oft repeated sound-bite is the main banner in the Phil. Daily Inquirer Front Page today.

The scores show a total disregard for balance in the front page today, while we keep on wondering why people still read the paper when we of course already know what the reports will be all about:

It is all about SONA in the Phil. Daily Inquirer Front Page today.

The headline (President to focus on transformation. Senators list ‘urgent’ bills of MalacaƱang) is not really about the SONA but what some senators and other people think the President should do. It seems whoever has forwarded a witness about is having second thoughts on his value as headlined in the Phil. Daily Inquirer Front Page today.

The headline (Zaldy bares Arroyo graft. Says Arroyo got P200M cut from 3 ARMM projects) is about an only-in-the-Philippines type of report based on an 'unsigned affidavit' that seems to prove that the former President is evil, that the present administration feels for the victims and the DOJ secretary on top of the situation.
