DPWH says worst of shortage over), the news report itself totally ignores the disconnect between what Sec. Singson said the other day that there is a water crisis and what President Aquino insists that there is none. The news report again pinned the blame on Napocor for its supposed mismanagement of Anggat dam, with a petition to get it under MWSS' control. Meanwhile, Maynilad remained scathe free from any blame where it would have been obvious that their water leakage performance needs drastic improvement. NAPOCOR -1.
