The headline (Palace fires prosecutor. Ombudsman defending her deputy, defies order) gave the President's order and its justification against a deputy Ombudsman premium space. Even while Sec. De Lima's IIRC report is largely disregarded by her own boss, the secretary still looms as triumphant for having one of her committee's report, only that one which is politically questionable. Although the report gave the side of the office of the Ombudsman small space which questions the motive behind the order, the report still is majority supportive of Malacanang's statements.
