President Aquino is again in the Phil. Daily Inquirer Front Page today via a totally one sided press release from his administration.

The headline (Aquino to protect big infra investors) is an uncontested promotion of the administration's infrastructure plan that would involve local and foreign investors. The report did not even clarify how the government will protect investors even when there could be no laws supporting such agreements. The report also shows the administration taking a dig on past administrations policies which they did not name. Aquino +1.

The other Front page news today:

Philippines warned it may end up like Somalia - is a one sided report favoring the RH bill, spinned to look as if it is on its way to be being approved by the house, and which report also did not provide any reason as to why the Philippines will be like Somalia. Catholic Church -1.

Govt. airs open skies policy for tourism take off - further one sided report on the administration's plans. Aquino +1.

Daughters cry 58th massacre victim still missing - A sorry report on the family of an Ampatuan massacre victim which still cannot be declared as such.

Orcollo Kiamco reprise 1 2 Asiad billiards coup - a report on an Asian Games gold going the Philippines' way.

Slain botanist heard begging for mercy - Further report on the botanist slain further making the AFP look guilty. AFP -1.

Bettors use dreams prayers to hit lotto jackpot at P535M - stories of people and what they do in hopes to win the biggest lotto jackpot in Philippine history.

Ex-Colonel: There is evidence to prove Glorietta was bombed - a report mostly from a lone ranger telling a conflicting story from the official police report.

The scores:
Aquino: 2
Catholic Church: -1
AFP: -1
