A continuing story on the DOTC resignations took the center of the Phil. Daily Inquirer Front Page today.

The headline (Mar Roxas No. 1 pick as secretary of DoTC. Aquino still convincing ex-senator, says official) is a report that puts President Aquino in negative view on the recent resignations at the DoTC and political factions in Malacanang. Aquino -1.

The other front page news reports:

Luistro: There are good people, good news in education - gave space to an interview with the DOH Secretary. DOH +1.

Fishkill in Taal Lake spreads to Lipa, 2 towns in Batangas - there are dead fishes everywhere and it seems the way it really is.

Will they swim again to school? - a feature on problems of some little students in remote areas.

Analysis. Crippling effects of resignations of Ping de Jesus et al. feared - an analysis that left a question as to whether the President is incompetent. Aquino -1.

PH, Viet leaders hit China over Spratlys - a report on the Spratlys.

The scores show President Aquino on purely negative teritorry:
DOH: 1
Aquino: -2
