The headline (2 in car theft murder fall. Dominguez brothers tagged as masterminds) is supposedly a report on the arrest of two persons allegedly involved in recent carjacking/murder(s) but which the details where on an unrelated report on the arrest of 8 other alleged car-nappers from Cavite, giving the PNP some perception of accomplishments. PNP +1.
