The PNP scores big today in the Phil. Daily Inquirer Front Page.

The headline (On-cam killer captured. Good police work, cell phone led to arrest) is a story on the police work that resulted to the arrest of a killer caught on cam, while on the act, by his own victim. PNP +1.

The other Front Page news reports:

Cops, health units prepare for massive procession - a report on the upcoming feast day of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo, with the PNP and the DOH figuring in on advising those who would participate against potential danger and emergencies. PNP +1. DOH +1.

Roxas eyed as ‘chief troubleshooter’ - the President using the 1 year election appointment ban as a tool to hold-off any influence from his running-mate who lost the elections, spinned in such a way that it seems he is excited by the anticipation of former Sen. Roxas' getting back to government. Aquino +1. Roxas +1.

Camps Crame, Aguinaldo for sale–Purisima - a report on the government, trying to get money from everywhere possibly to finance its dole-out projects, floating the idea of selling the military and police camps. Aquino +1.

CHR: AFP stained by botanist’s killing - a dig by the Commission on Human Rights against the AFP for the killing of a botanist. CHR +1. AFP -1.
